June 2026 - Good News

We are SO grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at our Grand Opening! It was an amazing day highlighting all God has done and continues to do at Master Provisions. Thank you to each of you who have prayed for us, volunteered with us, supported our mission financially, donated food, or served on our board/committees. Thanks to our agency partners who work so hard to care for and serve people across the tristate. We couldn't do any of it without the incredible community we're blessed by!

We also got to celebrate our founder, Roger Babik, and his family. Their faithful obedience to God led Roger to start Master Provisions in 1994, and because of that hard work and commitment, we continue to get to be part of the work God is doing at MP today. In appreciation for the Babiks and all they've done to start and grow the ministry of Master Provisions, we were thrilled to honor them by announcing the Babik Family Serve Center. This is the space where volunteers gather to be the hands and feet of Jesus every single week, so what a perfect tribute to a family that has spent so much of their time doing just that.

May meant the end of another school year, which gave us a chance to throw ice cream parties and say "see you soon" to many of our school groups. We have loved getting to see these hard-working students all year and hope they enjoy a well-deserved summer break! Summer brings many new opportunities to serve. This is an ideal time for parents to serve with their kids or community groups, for corporate groups to give back with a team-building volunteer session, or for school system employees to make a difference over the summer. We have been welcoming many new food partner agencies this month. Once they are onboarded, each of our nonprofit partners get to put their location sticker on our map. It's so fun to see how far God is spreading the resources that come through our doors to meet the needs of His people across the tristate!

We had our most successful KY Gives Day yet. Thanks to everyone who supported our ministry and so many other valuable causes across the state this year!

When you're hungry, a single meal can be the spark of hope you need to keep going. 1 in 7 tristate adults and 1 in 5 kids are hungry. $24/month provides 850 meals a year for families in need. When we join together, Greater Cinci neighbors get enough to eat. This community is changing our region for the better. Join us!

Many of us know or love a recent graduate. It's an exciting milestone filled with celebration and anticipation! But it can also be a time of uncertainty and overwhelming changes. As our seasons of life shift, God's Word is a constant source of peace and comfort. If you have a graduate in your life, know that we are praying for wisdom, joy, faith, and courage for each of them as they take on this new beginning. "The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy." Psalm 126:3
