Hi! My name is Greta Manolis and if we haven’t met, I’m on the Marketing and Development team here at Master Provisions. I’m excited to bring you this month’s Good News!
To start, we are welcoming a new Development Manager to the team. Next time you’re at the food center, stop by and say hello to John. He has over 20 years of ministry experience, and we are so blessed to have him serving here at MP.

We continue to host Student Days on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from 3-5pm. These blocks of time are specifically dedicated to high school and college-aged students. If you need service hours, don’t wait until the end of the year! Sign up online at the link below if you plan to volunteer.
We also want to thank our regular weekly volunteers! They make everything run here at Master Provisions, and we couldn’t do it without them. We had the opportunity to celebrate these wonderful people with a Christmas party in December. Check out a couple of photos of the fun on your screen!
Several organizations and groups have sent volunteers to serve at Master Provisions this month. American Heritage Girls, home school groups, and 40 people from Life Learning Center are just a few of the groups we have welcomed this past month.

We are also celebrating a big win – Chick-fil-A selected Master Provisions as a $30,000 grant recipient through their True Inspiration Awards. This year saw record numbers of nominees and applicants, and only 30 organizations throughout North America received this prestigious honor. We are so grateful for Chick-fil-A’s partnership and support in sharing God’s love and provision in the world. Learn more about the award here: https://www.chick-fil-a.com/true-inspiration-awards/winners
AND, this year, we are hosting our first-ever spring golf outing. So, save this date – Monday, April 28th, at Boone Links Golf Course. We are looking for both sponsors and golfers, so head to our website for all the details and to learn how to get involved!

Before you go…
We are a few weeks into the new year, which is typically when the resolutions we made on January 1 start to fade. We’ve all done this. As a believer and follower of Jesus, I find great comfort in knowing that God’s resolution to bring us back into a relationship with Him never fades. He never tires of reaching out and never gives up on His steadfast desire to have a meaningful, personal, and saving relationship with us.
2 Corinthians 1:20 says: “For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “yes” in Christ. And so, through him, the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.”
So, as we wrap this month’s Good News and start another new year, let’s give a collective “Amen” to our God, whose promises are made “yes” for all of us through the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
Have a great month!
