His Heroes: Empowering Ability Through Service

At Master Provisions, we believe everyone has unique gifts to share. In 2023, we launched our His Heroes program to give individuals with disabilities a place to learn, grow, and shine while serving others in our distribution center.

Through His Heroes, participants build valuable life and social skills while working alongside our volunteer team. We’re proud to partner with 15 schools and organizations to create opportunities for individuals with special needs to make a difference.

In our safe and welcoming environment, students from local schools and adults from behavioral health organizations experience a sense of purpose and belonging. They learn workplace and communication skills that help prepare them for future jobs—while giving back to the community in meaningful ways.

At its heart, Master Provisions is a place where people grow together. Each project in our distribution center helps individuals strengthen teamwork, communication, and problem-solving while contributing to something bigger than themselves.

Through His Heroes, volunteers don’t just serve—they thrive. They discover their abilities, build friendships, and share joy as they live out the mission of Master Provisions to care for others and share the hope of Christ.

HIS HEROES INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Building Toward Independence

Our His Heroes internship program offers an even deeper experience. Each intern spends time each week learning job readiness skills—from interview preparation and office tasks to hands-on warehouse training—based on their unique goals. We celebrate every step interns take toward greater confidence and independence.
