South Africa
Build The Future primarily operates in two areas of South Africa: Johannesburg and Durban. They serve the school-age children in their communities, hire locals, and provide opportunities for parents to volunteer in place of tuition. Projects include preschools, a feeding program, and a teaching garden.
In May of 2023, a team of 11 individuals from Master Provisions went to serve with Build the Future. While in South Africa, the group painted an MP container shipped earlier in the year. In addition to their creative work, they served in local communities by leading a VBS, gardening, and connecting with others. The mission team was excited to embrace the work started by Build the Future, and Master Provisions is excited about what comes next with our international partner!
