Matt Flower

Matt started with Master Provisions in the winter of 2023 as our Local Program Manager. Matt maintains and explores ways that Master Provisions can make an impact in our community. Matt oversees partnerships with GoPantry, Crossroads Camps, and Master Provision’s MacPack Ministry. Matt, also, oversees the outreach partnership with Isaiah House with monthly food giveaways in Ludlow in Covington. Lastly, Matt manages the HisHeroes program, which is an in-house internship program for individuals with disabilities. Matt is originally from Central New York and attended college at Johnson University in Knoxville, where he graduated with a degree in Human Services in 2016. Matt came to the Northern Kentucky in 2016 and married his wife, Deborah, in 2018. Before coming to work for Master Provisions, Matt worked as a social worker in Indiana and Kentucky. Matt is an avid hiker, board game lover, and a playmate to his dog, Korra.
