
Billy Santos
Billy Santos is a Commercial Banker and Senior Vice President in the Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati Market. He specializes in working with businesses to deliver on solutions across the spectrum of services that Truist offers clients to help them achieve financial success.
Billy is a 20+ year resident of Northern Kentucky, he is a proud graduate of Northern Kentucky University and of Graduate School of Banking at Madison, Wisconsin. He started his banking career as a teller at The Bank of Kentucky and has 20 years’ experience serving clients in the Northern Kentucky Market. His entire career has been as a member of the BKY/BB&T/Truist team and his experience includes roles as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Retail Lending Manager, Commercial Relationship Manager and managing a commercial team while also servicing commercial clients.
Billy has held various roles with civic and non-profit organizations including Florence Rotary Club, Baptist Life Communities, Master Provisions, Esperanza Latino Center, Junior Achievement, American Cancer Society, and American Heart Association. Leadership roles with these organizations include Florence Rotary Club President, Florence Rotary Foundation Treasurer, and American Heart Association HeartChase Executive Leadership Team Chairperson and Board Chair of Baptist Life Communities. He has partnered with several schools in Northern Kentucky as part of the NKY Chamber B.E.S.T. Partner program and has been a member of the Family Resource Center advisory council boards of Beechgrove Elementary, Collins Elementary, and Camp Ernst Middle School. Billy has also had the opportunity to mentor several students through the YMCA’s Black and Latino Achievers program as well as through Northern Kentucky University’s departement of Latino Affairs. Billy also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the NKY Chamber of Commerce.
The highlight of Billy’s community service experience has been helping to lead mission trips to his native land of The Dominican Republic with middle and high school students (including two of his daughters) through his service with Florence Rotary. Billy, his wife, and 3 children reside in Park Hills, KY.
