I’m Guy, the Managing Director here at Master Provisions, and I’m excited to share this month’s Good News update!
We are now working in partnership with over 270 nonprofits to serve our community!
We are excited about one of our new partners, St. Vincent de Paul of NKY. SVDP is coming to Master Provisions to help stock their pantries in Erlanger, Cold Springs, and Falmouth. SVDP recommended partnership with Master Provisions to their 27 conference pantries that are facilitated through various local Catholic churches.
In October we packed clothing that will help over 8,000 people in need feel the love of God in a tangible way.
We also have been preparing and are now launching our new volunteer management software Bloomerang Volunteer. Volunteers now will be able to sign up for shifts ahead of time and pick opportunities that they feel are appropriate to their skills.
October saw our annual partnership with Thomas More University take place as we took part in Saints Serve Day. This event has produced close to 500 bags of clothing over the past three years and we look forward to many more in the future!
Mission trips are taking shape for 2024! El Salvador will be hosting a MP team from May 31-June 8 and the application is now open! If you or your church are interested, spots will fill up fast so reach out to Ben soon!
