Hello! Roger here with your Good News for November!
November was another great month here at MP. Thank God and thank you!
We start with a huge announcement! We will be hosting our inaugural GALA event on February 23 at the brand new NORTH by Hotel Covington.
This is an event like no other MP has ever done. Right now we are evaluating sponsors so we want you to step forward and gain access to what will be over 300 friends in attendance. Contact me, Travis, to learn more about the event and watch your email for the Save The Date…

Starting on the food agency side of things, our mission continues to expand!!! We are now serving over 70,000 people a month through our 256 partners!

Shifting to volunteers…
During the month, we welcomed groups such as The Point-ARC, Notre Dame Academy, Thomas More University, Villa Madonna, and Lloyd High School…all of them participated in multiple service activities – right here!
Our Volunteer Coordinator, Brian Menendez, headed out to Turpin High School Volunteer Fair to share all about MP.
Another public school system, Gallatin County, chose to start sending special needs students to MP for life skills training.
October ended with MP providing tons of food shared by nearly 500 families at two more of our mobile pantries in NKY.

On the international front, we thank the Lord, for the productive trip and safe return of our Ghana mission team and the increased enrollment to over 300 students at Ladybug Academy as part of the First Church Impact Mission to that country.
We are also very excited to share that we shipped a container of clothes, tools, and medical supplies to Ukraine!
The container is scheduled to arrive November 23rd, and we’re praying for favor over the delivery from the port in located Poland as it moves into Ukraine.
We also saw the Honduras container leave with clothing, tools and other supplies that will help our partner, His Eyes, there in Tegucigalpa.
Lastly, we partnered with Fairfield Church of Christ at their missions fair to raise money for Ukraine and collect clothing to send to our partners internationally.
Are you being called to serve on a mission trip? Learn more about our upcoming trips and how to get involved here…

On the development front, WHAT A BUSY MONTH!
We hosted our 9th annual MPower Lunch, which has thus far raised over $150,000. We want to thank each person attending MPower Lunch at First Church in Burlington. And thanks to Chuck Session, Scotty Simpson, and the rest of the speakers too!
One thing! We are still just short of our fundraising goal for MPower Lunch … so head to masterprovisions.org and click DONATE, to push us across the finish line!
A big Thank you to Bill and Nathan Winegardner and hundreds of customers at ACE Hardware in Independence. Their corporate gift for October point-of-sale donations to MP raised over $6,200 dollars.
Our development team was all over the place in October. Myself, Roger, Megan, and Nikki were all very busy.
We had Megan at the Inspired Fashion event to help young ladies have clothing for job interviews and the like…
Megan and I had the opportunity to share about our mission impact with attendees at the all-day Live2Lead Conference.
Roger received the 2022 Distinguished Alumni award at his alma mater – Milligan (TN) University. He also represented MP on the WCEG Legacy Building series podcast with Celeste Giordano. You can find that on our website.
